DEPORTED: ICE Removes Worst of the Worst Illegal Alien Murderers, Human Traffickers, Pedophiles, Rapists, and Arsonists

ICE is keeping American communities safe by deporting criminal illegal aliens

WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens last week, including those convicted of murder, human trafficking, sexual assault of a minor, arson, and aggravated rape, among other heinous crimes.

“Every single day, our brave law enforcement officers are keeping us safe by removing criminals from our communities,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Just last week, ICE deported even more illegal aliens from our country, including murderers, human traffickers, pedophiles, rapists, and arsonists. DHS is delivering on President Trump’s mandate from the American people to make America safe again. Illegal aliens have no place in America.”

Among the criminal illegal aliens deported last week are:

Marco Antonio Marcias-Fernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and suspected gang member, was deported on September 25. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree murder and armed carjacking. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on October 27, 2016.

Jose Manchame-Morales, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was deported on September 26. His criminal history includes a conviction for involuntary manslaughter. He entered the United States illegally in March 2005, was released into the country, and was later issued a removal order by an Immigration Judge on October 5, 2005.

Leonardo Parra Altamirano, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador, was deported on September 24. His criminal history includes a conviction for leaving the scene of personal injury and death. Altamirano entered the United States illegally in August 2022 and was RELEASED into the country by the Biden Administration. He was issued a final order of removal on May 8, 2023.

Ramon Antonio Bonifacio, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, was deported on September 22. His criminal history includes convictions for attempted murder, third-degree assault, criminal possession of cocaine, and attempted criminal sale of narcotic drugs. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge.

Luis Alfredo Macario Pol, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was deported on September 23. His criminal history includes a conviction for first degree sexual assault of a minor. Pol had been issued a final order of removal.

Phi Van Tran, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, was deported on September 27. His criminal history includes a conviction for touching a child for lustful purposes as well as arrests for aggravated assault and aggravated battery. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on December 9, 2014.

Pekings Aziwung, a criminal illegal alien from Cameroon, was deported on September 22. His criminal history includes a conviction for rape. Aziwung was issued a final order of removal on June 11, 2026.

Nehemias Omar Garcia-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, was deported on September 23. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree rape and second-degree assault. He illegally entered the United States and was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on May 20, 2025.

Hoang Nhan Truong, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, was deported on September 24. His criminal history includes convictions for trafficking – forced labor, conspiracy to possess dangerous drugs for sale, vehicle theft, shoplifting, possession of narcotics, solicitation to possess marijuana for sale, and possession of marijuana. Truong was issued a final order of removal on September 1, 2010.

Nestor Alexander Galvis Ayala, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia, was deported on September 27. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree arson and possession of explosives/ incendiary with intent. Ayala was issued a final order of removal on November 18, 2025.
